Purchasing

Contact us for purchasing and prices. We do 50% deposit for larger quantities, and certain extensive customizations of pieces. Contact our team for pricing and customization options and to move forward with a purchase.

Lead times depend on the the quantity of products and the customizations done on the pieces. We aim for 8-10 weeks at the latest, and will ship or deliver pieces as soon as they are ready. 

Shipping

We ship USPS on smaller items and professional crate carriers for larger items. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be coordinated by Moniker Made. Please contact us for accurate shipping prices.

Buyer is responsible for unpacking and disposal of packing material

Free pickup and local delivery within San Diego County. Please contact made@monikergroup.com to arrange available times.

Warranty & Returns

We believe in our work and stand by the quality of it, and we think you will love it too. We offer a limited lifetime guarantee on workmanship at the sole discretion of Moniker Made employees. Misuse or lack of care disqualify products for repair or replacement. Please thoroughly inspect your delivery and report any issues within 48 hours so they can be corrected promptly. All our products are made by hand in San Diego, slight imperfections are normal and part of the handmade process. These imperfections do not qualify as defect and do not affect the integrity of the product.
